AIGA Nebraska is hosting Adobe workshops in Lincoln to teach you the latest gizmos and gadgets in Adobe's Creative Suite 5. The workshop will be split into two sessions:

What's New in Creative Suite 5:
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Discover how you can finish routine tasks, from masking images to adjusting layouts to finessing strokes, more quickly and efficiently with new features in Photoshop CS5 Extended, Illustrator CS5, and InDesign CS5. You'll also learn how to maximize design time by streamlining critical processes like client reviews with CS Review, and implement new workflows to reduce designer/developer misunderstandings and delayed timelines on more complex web and interactive projects. Plus, there's a whole lot more to cover, this is only scratching the surface.

Create interactive content without writing code:
1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Print design and production still makes up the bulk of a designer's workload, but increasingly designers need to either repurpose print designs for digital distribution, or create designs for fully digital projects like websites. CS5 Design Premium gives designers the tools they need to create interactive content without writing code. See how easy it is to transform artwork from InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator into engaging digital content. Part of this session will also be dedicated to the new Flash Catalyst.
